Dr. Zainab Anjum is a faculty member at SDSB LUMS. Her research at the intersection of talent management and transgenerational succession in family-owned firms and uses relational, multilevel and means-end chain lens to examine how family-firm leadership decisions are made. Her research appears in ABDC ‘A’ ranked journals such as Journal of Small Business Management, and she has authored a book chapter on corporate governance in family business. She is a reviewer at Gender, Work and Organisation and has presented her work at top academic conferences such as Academy of Management (AOM) and European Academy of Management (EURAM).
